We provide skilled manpower to salons Pan India, offer our in-house CRM software Lokaci Pro for salon management, and run our own job application platform where salon professionals can apply for jobs and connect with employers.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive who will visit salons in assigned areas, introduce Lokaci’s services, and onboard new salon partners. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
● Visit salons daily in assigned territories.
● Explain Lokaci’s manpower services (Pan India staffing solutions for salons).
● Demonstrate and promote Lokaci Pro, our CRM software designed for salon management.
● Introduce our job application app where salon professionals can apply for jobs.
● Generate leads and convert salons into active clients.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and managers.
● Meet monthly sales targets and report daily activities to the sales manager.
● Collect feedback from salons and share insights with the team.
Requirements
● Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or direct sales (preferred).
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Comfortable with travelling locally and meeting clients face-to-face.
● Basic understanding of CRM software (training will be provided).
● Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Working Details
● Working Days: 6 days a week
● Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
● Location: Field-based (Salon visits in assigned area)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
