Terms & Conditions of Employment
(Office Work / Telecalling / Front Desk)
You are joining our educational institute, which deals in Distance, Online, Regular, and B-Voc admissions for various Universities and Boards. By accepting this role, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Working Hours
Office timing will be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with 1 hour lunch break.
Employees must be punctual and maintain regular attendance.
2. Job Responsibilities
Generate leads, communicate with students, and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Create, develop, and manage admission centers.
Take full responsibility for admissions and center creation work assigned to you.
Perform all duties responsibly and professionally as instructed by the office.
3. Work Conduct
Personal mobile phone usage is strictly prohibited during office hours.
Fake work, false commitments, or misleading information to students or any person is strictly prohibited.
No violence, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated during the job.
Work must be carried out strictly under office guidance and instructions.
4. Attendance & Leave Policy
You are allowed 3 days leave per month.
Leaving office or arriving late without prior information is not allowed.
For every 4 late arrivals, 1 day salary will be deducted.
Absence without prior information will result in 1 day salary deduction for each day.
5. Performance Targets
A minimum of 4 confirmed admissions and 30 enters per month is mandatory for board and university admissions.
6. Salary & Incentives
An additional incentive of ₹1000/- will be paid for each successful admission.
Salary deductions will be applied as per attendance and conduct rules.
Salary will be hold , if not completed own target
7. Discipline & Termination
Ignoring work, avoiding responsibilities, or failure to perform assigned duties may result in immediate dismissal without prior notice.
The institute reserves the right to terminate employment at any time in case of misconduct, negligence, or non-performance.
8. Responsibility Clause
You will be fully responsible for your work, performance, and conduct during your employment period.
9. Notice Period & Work Handover Clause
The employee shall not resign, discontinue service, or leave the organization without serving a mandatory notice period of three (3) months in writing. During the notice period, the employee is legally bound to fully complete all assigned duties, responsibilities, tasks, client follow-ups, records, and official work, and must ensure proper handover of charge, documents, data, passwords, and company assets to the authorized person.
Failure to serve the complete notice period or failure to satisfactorily clear and hand over assigned work shall be treated as a breach of employment terms, and the company reserves the right to withhold final settlement, experience/relieving letter, and take appropriate legal action as per applicable laws.
