Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for kindergarten children.
- Create a warm, safe, stimulating, and well-organised classroom environment.
- Use creative and child-centred teaching approaches including stories, songs, movement, art, activities, play-based learning, exploration, and hands-on experiences.
- Develop children's language, communication, early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, creativity, confidence, social skills, and independence.
- Understand individual children's strengths, interests, learning needs, and developmental stages.
- Prepare high-quality learning resources, classroom activities, worksheets, displays, and teaching materials.
- Observe, document, and communicate children's progress effectively.
- Build positive and professional relationships with parents and families.
- Maintain excellent classroom routines, hygiene, safety, and age-appropriate discipline.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and the school leadership team.
- Actively contribute to school events, celebrations, activities, and the overall development of the Early Years programme.
- Demonstrate professionalism, responsibility, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to children's well-being.

Qualifications
Candidates with B.Ed., D.El.Ed., TTC, Montessori, ECCE, or other relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
Relevant experience, teaching ability, personality, and passion for Early Years education will be given strong consideration.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant Kindergarten / Early Years teaching experience preferred.
Exceptional candidates with a strong demonstrated ability to work with young children may also be considered.
