Job Summary
LegUp is looking for an experienced and driven General Manager – Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, team management, business development, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance meetings.
- Track sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting.
- Work closely with Operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand business.
- Handle key client discussions, negotiations, and closures.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Management.
- Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
