Roles & Responsibilities
Call customers who have shown interest in personal loans.
Understand the customer's loan requirements.
Explain personal loan offers, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Guide customers through the loan application process.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Collect and verify required documents.
Coordinate with banks and internal teams for loan processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of mobile apps and computers.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
