Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of jewellery inventory, including gold, diamond, silver, platinum, gemstones, and accessories.
- Monitor daily stock transactions such as inward, outward, transfers, sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure proper tagging, coding, and classification of jewellery items.
- Track stock movement between stores, warehouses, and vendors.
- Verify inventory quantities and weights as per system records.
Stock Audits & Reconciliation
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
- Perform physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Investigate inventory variances and prepare discrepancy reports.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and security guidelines.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain inventory registers, transfer notes, inward and outward challans, and related documentation.
- Generate inventory reports, ageing reports, stock movement reports, and variance reports.
- Update inventory records in ERP/POS systems accurately and on time.
- Prepare management reports related to stock levels and inventory performance.
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with procurement teams for replenishment requirements.
- Liaise with stores and warehouses regarding stock transfers and availability.
- Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of inventory.
- Support product launches, exhibitions, and special sales events with inventory planning.
- Coordinate with accounts department for inventory-related reconciliations.
Compliance & Security
- Ensure safe handling and storage of high-value jewellery inventory.
- Follow company policies regarding inventory control and loss prevention.
- Maintain confidentiality of inventory and valuation data.
- Adhere to all statutory, operational, and security procedures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
