Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Odoo Functional Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring Odoo ERP solutions, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful project implementation. This role requires strong business process knowledge and hands-on experience with Odoo modules.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Odoo implementation from Requirement Gathering to Go-Live
- Odoo Customization, Development, and Integration
- Development of Custom Modules and Workflows
- API Integrations with Third-Party Applications
- Data Migration and System Optimization
- Technical Solution Design and Documentation
- Client Interaction and Technical Consultation
- Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting
- Post Go-Live Support and Enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation or functional consulting.
- Strong understanding of business processes including:
- Sales
- Purchase
- Inventory
- CRM
- Accounting
- Manufacturing (preferred)
- HR & Payroll (preferred)
- Experience creating functional requirement documents and process workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Odoo versions 14, 15, 16, 17, or later.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data migration processes.
- Odoo Certification is a plus.
