Position Description:
We are seeking an elite UiPath RPA Senior Developer to serve as the foundational pillar for our team. This is an absolute mission-critical, "Player-Coach" role within a demanding, fast-paced Healthcare Technology environment. You will own the technical destiny of our automation program, architecting and coding our most complex solutions from scratch (Greenfield), while simultaneously rehabilitating and stabilizing existing automations (Brownfield). You are a technical guru who can dive deep into code, but also a strategic business partner who can sit with leadership, challenge requirements, and translate business pain into resilient, scalable digital workforces. You will set the gold standard for our team, mentor developers, and ensure our automations strictly adhere to healthcare compliance and security protocols.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the discovery, architectural design, and hands-on coding of
complex, mission-critical automations while actively refactoring existing bots.
- Framework Mastery: Define and enforce the global standard for custom ReFramework
implementations, exception handling, and reusable code libraries.
- Hyperautomation & AI: Integrate cutting-edge cognitive capabilities into workflows,
including UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, and Generative AI via API.
- Infrastructure Design: Architect robust, highly available UiPath environments
(Orchestrator, Unattended/Attended bots, Action Center) tailored for enterprise scale.
Healthcare Compliance, Governance & Security
- Healthcare Data Governance: Architect automations with an uncompromising
approach to healthcare data security. Ensure all workflows strictly adhere to HIPAA
regulations when extracting, migrating, or processing Protected Health Information
(PHI).
- Risk Management: Design automations with a "security-first" mindset, integrating
enterprise credential vaults and navigating the complex UI automation challenges of
legacy Healthcare EMR/EHR systems.
- CI/CD & Testing: Champion automated deployment pipelines (AWS DevOps/Jenkins)
and robust testing frameworks (UiPath Test Suite) to guarantee 99.9% bot uptime for
critical patient and billing pipelines.
Stakeholder Mastery & Business Alignment
- Requirement Engineering: Partner directly with demanding business stakeholders to
gather, clarify, and challenge requirements. Ensure we are automating the right
processes for maximum ROI.
- Executive Communication: Translate complex technical bottlenecks and architectural
decisions into clear business impacts for non-technical leadership.
- Value Realization: Establish KPIs and telemetry to track bot performance, SLA
adherence, and tangible business value (hours saved, accuracy improved, claims
processed).
Mentorship, Culture, and Agile Leadership
- Technical Mentorship: Act as the ultimate technical escalation point (Level 3 Support).
Coach, guide, and conduct rigorous code reviews for the existing and growing
development team.
- Agile Champion: Drive Agile best practices (Sprint planning, Daily Stand-ups,
Retrospectives), ensuring rapid, high-quality delivery amidst shifting priorities and high
expectations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Technical Deal-Breakers (Must-Haves)
- Experience: 10+ years in Enterprise IT, with 6+ years specifically in advanced UiPath
Architecture and Development.
- Healthcare Tech Expertise: Proven track record in a Healthcare Technology company.
Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (HIPAA) and experience integrating RPA
with complex healthcare ecosystems (EMR/EHR systems, Revenue Cycle Management,
HL7/FHIR).
- UiPath Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise with Studio, Orchestrator, ReFramework, UI
Automation, API integrations, and background processes.
- Certifications: UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) Advanced RPA Developer and UCP
Automation Solution Architect.
- Coding Proficiency: Advanced programming skills in C# / .NET or VB.NET. Ability to
write custom activities, complex LINQ queries, and custom scripts.
- Data & Integrations: Expert in SQL Server (stored procedures, complex joins),
REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML parsing, and Web Services.
The "X-Factor" (Good-to-Haves)
- Experience with UiPath Process Mining or Task Mining to scientifically identify
automation pipelines.
- Background integrating Generative AI (Gemini, etc.) and Agentic frameworks into RPA
workflows.
- Familiarity with major enterprise ERPs alongside healthcare systems (Salesforce,
Oracle, etc.).
