Job Summary
We are hiring a Quick Commerce Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across retail media and quick commerce platforms. The role requires hands-on experience in campaign management, performance tracking, and revenue optimization within FMCG, skincare, or beauty categories.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across quick commerce and retail media platforms
- Manage sponsored search, display placements, and category visibility campaigns
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CTR, conversion rate, and sales performance
Performance & Revenue Optimization
- Align advertising spend with inventory availability and sales targets
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns with structured advertising plans
- Improve product discoverability and ranking through paid strategies
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze SKU-level performance and campaign data
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Identify high-performing products and opportunities for scale
- Monitor pricing and promotional trends within the category
Listing & Category Optimization
- Optimize product titles, keywords, and content for better visibility
- Support pricing and promotional strategies in coordination with internal teams
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in marketplace ads, retail media, or quick commerce advertising
- Experience working with all quick-commerce websites.
- Background in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG categories preferred
- Strong understanding of advertising metrics and profitability
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis)
- Experience managing advertising budgets and performance targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with D2C brands
- Understanding of retail media ad structures and sponsored search systems
- Familiarity with FMCG category performance trends
