Experience Required: Minimum 3 -5 years in production planning, estimating, or logistics in manufacturing sector
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations for external orders
- Assist in project cost estimation and profitability analysis
- Receive project drawings from client and estimate material requirements using specialized software
- Prepare work orders with bill of materials (BOM) for each project
- Coordinate with Storekeeper to ensure material availability before production starts
- Prepare material reconciliation documentation with agreed wastage percentage
- Liaise with customer side project managers on delivery timelines and any schedule changes
- Track project progress and update completion status
- Prepare weekly/monthly status reports for management
- Support capacity planning for new projects and resource requirements
- Maintain project files and documentation
Required Skills
- Proficiency with production, planning software and estimating tools
- Understanding of aluminium window/facade specifications and design
- Project management and scheduling abilities
- Excel and other software proficiency
- Attention to detail in estimating and planning
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
