Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time Work From Home role.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, explaining relevant services, generating qualified leads, maintaining regular follow-ups, and supporting the conversion of potential clients into customers.
This role is suitable for candidates who have strong communication skills, are comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and can independently manage calls and follow-ups while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.
- Explain the company’s services clearly and professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain an organised sales pipeline.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate daily calling and lead status reports.
- Update CRM, Excel or Google Sheets with prospect information and follow-up status.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements and sales opportunities.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
- Ability to communicate professionally with prospective clients.
- Basic working knowledge of WhatsApp, email, Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks responsibly.
- Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude toward sales.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, business development or client acquisition is preferred.
- Experience selling digital marketing, website development, advertising, IT or other business services will be an advantage.
- Candidates based in Kanpur or nearby areas are preferred.

Salary and Growth Opportunity
