We are looking for a skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to join our design team and contribute to high-quality BIM-based project delivery.
Job Summary
The Electrical BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit. The role includes preparation of electrical layouts, power distribution systems, lighting, fire alarm, ELV systems, and coordination with architectural, structural, plumbing, and HVAC disciplines to ensure clash-free project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare electrical layouts including:
- Lighting Systems
- Power Distribution
- Small Power Layouts
- Cable Tray Routing
- Earthing & Lightning Protection
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Emergency Lighting
- ELV Systems (CCTV, Data, Access Control, PA System)
- Create single line diagrams (SLD) and panel schedules.
- Model electrical equipment such as transformers, DG sets, UPS, panels, switchboards, and bus ducts.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Fighting teams.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and assist in resolving coordination issues.
- Generate accurate BOQs and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Produce construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models.
- Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, and project documentation.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and incorporate revisions promptly.
- Ensure models comply with project specifications, client standards, and relevant electrical codes.
Pay: ₹19,149.91 - ₹20,000.00 per month
