Job description: Experience : 3-5 years
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
- Identify and qualify prospects based on company’s target audience.
- Maintain daily/weekly call targets as per management requirements.
2. Customer Engagement
- Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.
- Handle customer queries with patience and provide accurate information.
- Build rapport with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
3. Sales Conversion
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned.
- Follow-up with leads regularly until closure.
- Record all interactions and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
4. Follow-ups & Retention
- Call existing customers for repeat sales, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term business.
- Reduce customer drop-off by timely follow-ups and reminders.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain call logs, sales records, and customer details accurately.
- Share daily/weekly reports with the Sales Manager.
- Highlight challenges faced during calls and suggest improvements.
6. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to align on campaigns.
- Share customer feedback and market insights for business improvement.
- Support team members to achieve collective sales targets.
7. Compliance & Discipline
- Adhere to call scripts, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism, politeness, and a positive attitude during calls.
- Ensure punctuality, dress code, and office discipline.
