Role Overview
We are seeking a well-connected, high-energy Business Development Manager to leverage our production expertise and drive high-ticket sales in Delhi NCR.
This is a 100% commission-only role designed for an ambitious networker. You will be backed by a highly experienced design team so that you can confidently promise clients flawless execution, rapid custom prototyping, and premium quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Designer Specification: Build strategic partnerships with high-end architects , interior designers, Builders, Hotel & other such commercial space owners , to get our products specified in their premium projects.
- Bespoke Project Sourcing: Identify and secure contracts for individual or large-scale customization, including resorts, boutique hotels, corporate offices , premium restaurants & cafes etc.
- Identify & secure partnerships with premium Interior Retail outlets , Experience centres , Bulk buyers , export houses ,etc
- Product Consultation & Storytelling: Educate clients on the story, artisanal craftsmanship, materials, and extensive custom capabilities of our workshop.
- Site-Specific Pitching: Collaborate with designers on-site to recommend and quote custom wall features, ceiling installations, and bathroom vanities, any other artwork or artifacts , etc.
- Deal Closure: Oversee the entire sales journey from presenting samples to pricing negotiation and final contract signing.
- Market Networking: Act as a brand ambassador, attending design exhibitions, architecture forums, and real estate events in Delhi NCR.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3–7 years of sales experience handling luxury decor products, boutique lighting, or designer surfaces.
- Network: An established, active rolodex of architects, interior designers, and HNI builders in Delhi NCR.
- Production Awareness: A basic understanding of manufacturing materials (wood, metal, stone, finishes) to confidently discuss customization options with architects.
- Skills: Elite communication and negotiation skills with the sophistication required to pitch to high-profile clients.
- Drive: Highly entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a high-reward, commission-based structure.
