About the Role
BharatCares is looking for energetic and community-focused professionals to support mobilization and outreach activities for CSR-funded skilling and employability programs. The Field Associate / Community Mobiliser will play a key role in identifying eligible candidates, conducting awareness campaigns, building community relationships, and ensuring enrollment targets are achieved.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, local community connect, and a passion for helping youth access skill development and employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Mobilization
- Conduct field visits in villages, communities, schools, colleges, and local institutions to create awareness about skilling programs.
- Mobilize and counsel youth for enrollment in training programs.
- Organize community meetings, awareness sessions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with community leaders, local influencers, NGOs, and government stakeholders.
Candidate Counseling & Enrollment
- Guide prospective candidates regarding course offerings, eligibility criteria, certification, and placement opportunities.
- Support candidate registration, documentation, and enrollment processes.
- Ensure timely achievement of mobilization and admission targets.
Retention & Learner Support
- Regularly follow up with enrolled candidates to ensure attendance and course completion.
- Identify and address challenges faced by learners.
- Support center staff in reducing dropouts and improving retention rates.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Panchayats, schools, ITIs, colleges, community groups, and government departments for mobilization activities.
- Assist during donor visits, community events, and project review meetings.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of mobilization activities, counseling sessions, leads, and enrollments.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly field reports.
- Update MIS and tracking systems as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Social Work, Rural Development, Community Development, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in community mobilization, skill development, livelihood programs, CSR projects, education, or social sector initiatives.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and local community connect may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
