Job Summary:
Sportiqo fitness LLP, the franchisee holder of Anytime Fitness, Kolkata is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead both sales and operational functions at our fitness center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering an exceptional member experience. This role offers attractive incentives tied to sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive membership sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and outreach programs
- Build strong relationships with prospects and convert leads into members
- Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily club operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment upkeep
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors when required
Team Leadership:
- train, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team goals
- Foster a positive and high-performance work culture
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Customer Experience:
- Ensure excellent member engagement and retention
- Address member concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Organize member events and engagement activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales and operations, preferably in fitness, retail, or service industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals
