Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Visa Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the overseas education and visa application process, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding overseas education and visa requirements.
- Understand students' academic background, financial profile and career goals.
- Guide students regarding suitable countries, courses and visa options.
- Assist students with visa documentation and application procedures.
- Review documents and ensure applications are complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with students, universities and relevant internal teams.
- Follow up with students regarding pending documents and application updates.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in education, visa counseling or a related field preferred.
- Good knowledge of student visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + performance incentives
