Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Mohali (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads for Web & Mobile Development Services
- Identify and approach potential clients through Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other platforms
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal writing, client communication, negotiation, and closure
- Draft customised proposals and bids based on client requirements
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups
- Conduct client meetings (calls/chats) to understand project scope and requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and accurate project estimation
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM tools
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and new opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Lead Generation & Business Development in IT Services
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar bidding platforms
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound lead generation
- Excellent proposal writing and communication skills
- Good understanding of Web Development, Mobile Apps, and Digital Solutions
- Ability to handle international clients and work in a target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Good to Have:
- Experience in handling global clients (US/UK/AU markets)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Basic understanding of emerging technologies like AI/ML, SaaS products
