Position Overview:
The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing client interactions, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, maintaining customer satisfaction, and handling basic inside-sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products/services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) for smooth customer service.
- Maintain customer records and update information in CRM/software.
- Resolve issues professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through processes.
- Identify customer needs and share upselling or cross-selling opportunities with the sales team.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely communication with clients via calls, emails, and messages.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to work in a team and handle customer escalations calmly.
- Previous experience in customer service or relationship management is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
