Compulsory experience of developing and increasing sales of kids apparels and non apparels Industry (preferred new born to toddler category). - This is Must.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving Top Line targets as set by the management.
- Setting up a robust sales and distribution network across the country comprising of agents, dealers, distributors, shop N shop , EBOs, retail stores.
- Hands-on experience in managing sales team effectively.
- Managing and handling existing dealer & distribution network.
- Introduction of new associates.
- Driving and maintaining relationships with distributors, and trade/channel partners for smooth functioning of sales.
- Ensuring timely dispatch against order and timely payment collection.
- Sales planning and forecasting.
- Market & Competitors Analysis.
- Handling customer queries, claims, and complaints.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Sales Team Performance: Ensure that the sales team meets their targets and objectives.
- Market Share: Increase the company's market share by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Cost Optimization: Maximize sales while minimizing costs to increase profitability.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Rich experience in Sales & Team Handling.
- 8-10 years relevant experience in Baby Garment Industry.
- Must have worked or experience of sales in different states.
- Excellent negotiation, networking and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
- Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
