Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Executive who can manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, client coordination, system configuration, training, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with ERP platforms such as Zoho, Keka, ERPNext, or similar business management solutions and should be capable of understanding business processes and mapping them into ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete ERP implementation lifecycle from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Understand client business processes and prepare solution workflows accordingly.
- Configure ERP modules based on client requirements.
- Manage implementations for platforms like Zoho ERP solutions, Keka HR, ERPNext, and other ERP applications.
- Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and provide suitable ERP solutions.
- Customize workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and automation based on business needs.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Perform data migration, data validation, and system testing.
- Provide user training and documentation to clients.
- Handle client queries, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and meet client expectations.
- Maintain implementation documentation and project reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3+ years of experience in ERP implementation/support roles.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms like:
- Zoho CRM / Zoho One / Zoho Books / Zoho People / Zoho Creator
- Keka HR
- ERPNext
- Similar ERP/business automation platforms
- Strong understanding of business processes like:
- CRM
- HR & Payroll
- Finance & Accounting
- Inventory Management
- Sales & Operations
- Experience in client handling and requirement gathering.
- Knowledge of workflow automation and system customization.
- Ability to understand APIs, integrations, and third-party application connectivity.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with ERP consulting companies or SaaS implementation partners.
- ERP certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience in client training and documentation.
- Basic understanding of databases, integrations, and automation tools.

Pay: ₹10,076.09 - ₹32,506.53 per month
