Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) with minimum 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector
- Strong expertise in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, and Compliance
- Proven track record in financial strategy, audits, cost control, and ERP systems
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee finance & accounts operations across manufacturing units
- Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory, and regulatory frameworks
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for strategic growth
- Manage working capital, cost optimization, and risk management
- Collaborate with management for expansion projects and investor relations
Compensation:
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
