Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in architectural and interior visualization, with the ability to create high-quality photorealistic renders and walkthroughs. You will work closely with architects and designers to transform concepts into visually compelling presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models for architectural and interior projects.
- Produce photorealistic renders using industry-standard rendering software.
- Develop interior and exterior visualizations, walkthroughs, and presentation images.
- Interpret AutoCAD drawings and design concepts into accurate 3D models.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and camera compositions.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to achieve project objectives.
- Revise renders based on client and team feedback.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain an organized library of models, materials, and project files.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in architectural/interior visualization.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, V-Ray, or 3ds Max.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and composition.
- Ability to create realistic interior and exterior renderings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred
- Experience with animation or walkthrough creation.
- Basic knowledge of Revit/BIM is an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing architectural and interior visualization projects.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
