Summary:

You will collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams in analyzing and resolving issues, contributing to a seamless operational flow and enhanced service delivery.

- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in AWS CloudFormation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
