Role Overview
We're seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Executive who can accelerate revenue growth, deepen client relationships, and open doors to new business. The role combines inside sales, key account management, and outbound outreach, making it a great fit for someone who thrives on both relationship-building and new business hunting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Drive end-to-end revenue generation, from lead sourcing to deal closure.
- Hunt for new enterprise accounts through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads via calls, meetings, and proposals.
- Build and sustain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
2. Account Management
- Nurture and expand relationships with existing B2B clients.
- Boost repeat business and grow wallet share across accounts.
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for client queries and issue resolution.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
- Partner with sourcing, operations, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels.
- Share market insights to help refine pricing, product assortment, and platform experience.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales, inside sales, or client acquisition.
- Industry Preference: Industrial supplies, office supplies, or distribution.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to convert cold outreach into qualified pipeline.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel / CRM tools, with a data-driven approach to pipeline and performance tracking.
