Job Summary :
We are looking for a Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize our presence on Amazon and similar marketplaces. The role involves catalog management, inventory coordination, sales analysis, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations to drive revenue growth and improve brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities :
· Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central or similar accounts.
· Create, update, and optimize product listings including titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, A+ content, and images.
· Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
· Track sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, Buy Box performance, and account health metrics.
· Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, promotions, deals, and product launches.
· Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, reimbursement claims, and customer-related escalations.
· Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and marketplace opportunities.
· Generate weekly/monthly business reports and provide actionable insights for growth.
· Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and marketplace guidelines.
· Support festive sales events, promotions, and inventory planning.
Required Skills :
· Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central.
· Understanding of e-commerce KPIs.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication and coordination abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple SKUs and marketplace tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
