As part of our expanding site operations, we are looking for a seasoned Site In-Charge who can lead end-to-end construction execution with strong technical command, independent decision-making, and a relentless focus on cost efficiency.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Site In-Charge with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in real estate construction — spanning high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. The role demands complete site ownership, from planning and execution through to project handover.
The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of construction methodology, the ability to independently drive site operations, demonstrated skill in contractor management and value engineering, and a consistent track record of delivering projects on time within budget.

Education Requirement:
· B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
· Master’s in Construction Management / Project Management (Preferred)
· Certifications in Contracts Management, Value Engineering, or Safety (Added Advantage)
Experience Required:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate construction execution
· Completed at least two full project cycles (Foundation to OC/Handover Stage)
· Experienced in high-rise residential and commercial projects with multiple basements
· Proven track record of managing large contractor and labour teams independently
Technical Skills Required
· Strong command over:
· Construction methodology for high-rise RCC structures, post-tensioning, and facade systems
· Reading and interpreting structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing drawings
· Scheduling tools: Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project
· Microsoft Excel (Advanced — progress tracking, cost monitoring, MIS dashboards)
· PowerPointPresentation preparation
· AutoCAD (Basic navigation and drawing interpretation)
· Deep understanding of:
o IS Codes and construction quality standards
o Waterproofing, facade, MEP coordination and interface management
o Value Engineering principles and application at site level
o Cost-time optimization and construction sequence planning
Key Responsibilities:
Site Execution & Technical Oversight
· Own end-to-end construction execution across all trades — civil, finishing, MEP, and external works
· Review shop drawings, GFC drawings, and construction methodologies before commencement
· Ensure strict adherence to design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety standards
· Resolve technical challenges at site independently without frequent escalation
Independent Site Leadership
· Drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets autonomously with minimal supervision
· Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and PMC
· Maintain full command of site resources — manpower, machinery, and materials
· Make on-ground decisions on construction sequence, resource deployment, and issue resolution
Contractor Management
· Manage multiple contractors and subcontractors simultaneously across trades
· Review contractor programmes and hold them accountable to schedule and quality commitments
· Evaluate contractor performance, resolve disputes, and recommend actions
· Assist contracts team in contractor billing verification and work certification
Cost Control & Value Engineering
· Identify and implement value engineering opportunities across structure, finishes, and services
· Proactively reduce wastage, rework, and non-value-adding activities at site
· Monitor material consumption against planned quantities and flag deviations
· Propose alternate construction methods, materials, or sequences that reduce cost without compromising quality
Planning, Progress & Reporting
· Prepare and monitor micro-level execution plans in coordination with the PMO
· Submit accurate Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports with photographic documentation
· Track site productivity, identify bottlenecks, and prepare recovery plans
· Present site status dashboards and construction updates to senior management
Quality, Safety & Compliance
· Enforce Quality Assurance / Quality Control protocols at site
· Ensure all activities comply with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) norms
· Coordinate inspections with statutory authorities and ensure timely approvals
· Maintain proper site records, registers, and compliance documentation
