Job Description
- Inspection and prepare reports of jobs for Spectrometer
- Ensure proper labelling and traceability of samples.
Take Training of Operate lab instruments such as:
· Hardness testers (Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers)
· UT
· UTM
- Manage & Handle the materials movement for testing purpose.
- Record basic test results in logbooks and server as per defined storage system
- Maintain daily inspection and test reports as per format.
- Immediate reporting to Senior for any equipment malfunction or damage.
- Maintain cleanliness, 5S, and safe practices in the lab.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and handling of specimens.
- Assist lab engineers in advanced testing or trial samples.
Any other work assigned by the management.
Authority:
- Operate calibrated instruments for routine tests
- Hold work in case of unsafe conditions and inform the responsible engineer
- Tag any sample showing non-conformance (after instruction)
