Roles & Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for prospective customers through confident outbound calls
- Identify customer needs and convert enquiries into high-quality, sales-ready leads
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead/customer data in the CRM
- Stay updated on real estate and interior design trends
- Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets
- Embrace a six-day work schedule
The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience in outbound calling
- Graduation preferred
- Strong sales orientation, target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
