We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations and maintain reception area cleanliness
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Maintain visitor logs and security procedures
- Provide basic information to clients, customers, and employees
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused personality
