About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and field-oriented Territory Sales Executive (TSE) to expand Billebon’s offline retail presence across automotive, comfort, orthopedic, wellness, and general trade channels.
The candidate will be responsible for daily market visits, retailer onboarding, order generation, product visibility, and distributor coordination within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, dealers, distributors, and trade partners daily
- Generate sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets
- Expand retail network by onboarding new outlets
- Ensure product availability and visibility at stores
- Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to retailers
- Execute branding, display, and promotional activities at retail outlets
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Coordinate with distributors for timely stock replenishment
- Submit daily market visit and sales reports to the reporting manager
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:
- Automotive Accessories
- Orthopedic & Wellness
- FMCG / General Trade
- OTC / Retail Distribution
- Travel & Comfort Products
Requirements
- 1–4 years of field sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Delhi NCR market
- Must own a two-wheeler or personal vehicle for daily market visits
- Comfortable with extensive field travel
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
