We are seeking an experienced Academic Head to lead and oversee the academic planning, delivery and quality of our educational programs. The Academic Head will be responsible for curriculum development, faculty leadership and continuous improvement to ensure excellence in teaching and learning outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Address academic issues, grievances and policy implementation
- Develop, implement and review curriculum aligned with academic standards
- Lead academic planning, scheduling and assessment processes
- Provide strategic leadership for all academic programs and initiatives
- Monitor academic performance, student outcomes and teaching effectiveness
Qualifications & Experience:
- Candidates from the arts field preferred (Dance/Music)
- Minimum 1-3 years of academic leadership experience
- Strong understanding of curriculum design and assessment
- Experience as an Academic Coordinator or similar academic leadership role will be an added advantage
