JOB DESCRIPTION
As Finance & Accounts Lead, you will own the company's end-to-end finance operations. Working directly with the founders, you will ensure accurate accounting, statutory compliance, marketplace reconciliations, insightful MIS, and continuously improve finance processes as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage complete day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books, including sales, purchases, journals, bank entries and reconciliations.
· Download, reconcile and account for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Shopify and payment gateway settlements.
· Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns and other statutory compliances.
· Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure books are always up to date.
· Prepare monthly MIS reports and excel-based analyses to support business decisions.
· Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and compliance professionals.
· Work directly with the founders on financial planning, reporting and process improvements.
Qualifications:
· B.Com / M.Com/ CA Intermediate
· 2–5 years of relevant work experience in accounting and taxation
Mandatory Skills
· Hands-on experience with Zoho Books
· Experience of reconciling Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart or other marketplace payouts
· Excellent knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS etc)
· Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and vendor invoice verification
· MIS Reporting
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
