Job Title: Finishing Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Finishing Supervisor to see the finishing operations of our Warp Knitting technical textile manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, achieving production targets and managing manpower.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervising day to day finishing operations including inspection, rolling, cutting, packing and dispatch readiness
2. Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and minimising wastage.
3. Monitor machine performance
4. Maintain production records, shift reports and daily output data
5. Train and guide operators and helpers on SOPs
6. Monitor material consumption and control process losses
Qualification:
Diploma in textile or any graduate in related field
Experience:
3-8 years of experience in Finishing department of a technical textile or warp knitting unit
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
