- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the concerned department.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry procedures.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and presentable.
- Coordinate client appointments and meeting schedules.
- Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, documents, and mails.
- Maintain records of inquiries, walk-in clients, and follow-ups.
- Support the sales team by sharing project information with prospective customers.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth office operations.
- Maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Prepare daily reports related to visitors, calls, and inquiries.
