About the Role
We are looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, and student-focused English TGT Teacher to join our CBSE school. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching middle school students and capable of fostering strong language, communication, and critical thinking skills in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for Grades VI and VII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop students' proficiency in reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, listening, and speaking skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
- Encourage creative and critical thinking through classroom discussions, projects, presentations, and literary activities.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, faculty meetings, and professional development programmes.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
