Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate qualified business leads for our PEB, HVAC ducting, and construction-related products through digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and cold calling. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, India MART, Google, social media platforms, and other digital sources.
- Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to prospective clients.
- Identify decision-makers in PEB, infrastructure, construction, EPC, industrial, and manufacturing companies.
- Follow up regularly with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales/business development team.
- Maintain and update lead data, customer information, and follow-up records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Support digital marketing campaigns to improve lead generation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation and meeting conversions.
- Build and maintain a strong database of potential customers across India.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong telecalling, email drafting, and customer follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, India MART, Google Search, and social media lead generation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to build rapport with prospective customers.

- Number of qualified leads generated per month.
