We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Centre Head to lead operations, student experience, team management, sales growth, and parent engagement at our offline learning centre.
This role is ideal for professionals from Education, EdTech, Hospitality, Retail, Counselling, Customer Success, or Service Industries who have strong leadership, relationship management, and business growth capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent & Parent Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with students and parents.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand learner goals and recommend suitable music programs.
- Address concerns, resolve escalations, and ensure a seamless learner experience.
- Act as a trusted mentor and guide throughout the learner journey.
Centre Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage administrative activities including utilities, stationery, pantry, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure the centre environment is welcoming, organized, and learner-friendly.
Team Management
- Lead and manage teachers, academic counsellors, reception staff, and support staff.
- Handle teacher scheduling, attendance, leave management, and coordination.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture.
- Support staff development and operational efficiency.
Sales, Counselling & Business Development
- Manage walk-ins and convert enquiries into enrollments through effective counselling.
- Identify and nurture new sales opportunities to drive admissions and centre growth.
- Conduct presentations and consultations for prospective learners and parents.
- Monitor conversion performance and guide the counselling team to improve results.
- Drive renewals, retention, and learner engagement initiatives.
Growth & Revenue Management
- Develop strategies to improve student retention and centre revenue.
- Build strong community engagement and local outreach initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase enrollments and expand the centre’s reach.
- Ensure achievement of monthly operational and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in education counselling, student mentoring, customer relationship management, or EdTech sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle operations, multitasking, and problem-solving effectively.
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong conversion capabilities.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, reporting systems, and productivity platforms.
- Passion for education, learner success, and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Arts, Management, or related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership, operations, counselling, or customer-facing roles.
