Experience: 0–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests within defined timelines.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and call quality.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM/system accurately.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and productivity metrics.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
- 0–3 years of experience in Voice Process, Customer Service, or Call Center.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in rotational shifts.

- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹460,000.00 per year
