Job Summary Renew Plus Hair and Skin Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-quality videos for digital marketing, social media, branding, and advertising. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling and capable of creating engaging content that generates leads and builds brand trust. Key Responsibilities - Edit Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos. - Create before-and-after transformation videos. - Edit patient testimonial and doctor consultation videos. - Produce promotional videos for hair transplant, hair care, skin care, and aesthetic treatments. - Add motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, transitions, and sound effects. - Perform colour correction and audio enhancement. - Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Creative teams. - Deliver videos within agreed timelines while maintaining brand consistency. - Organise and maintain video files and project assets. - Stay updated with the latest social media trends and editing styles. Required Skills - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. - Knowledge of Adobe After Effects. - Experience with CapCut or similar short-form editing tools. - Basic motion graphics and animation skills. - Good understanding of social media content formats. - Strong creativity and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications - 1–4 years of experience in video editing. - Experience in healthcare, beauty, aesthetic, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred. - A strong portfolio of social media videos and advertisements. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Number of videos delivered on time. - Quality and engagement of edited videos. - Performance of video advertisements. - Social media reach and engagement. - Creative consistency across all platforms.
