Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated SEO Trainer / SEO Executive to join our team. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and be able to work on website SEO activities as well as explain SEO concepts clearly.
This is a suitable opportunity for candidates who have hands-on experience in SEO and are interested in working on real website projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies
- Perform keyword research and identify relevant search terms
- Conduct competitor analysis
- Work on On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO
- Optimize website titles, meta descriptions, headings and content
- Improve website internal linking structure
- Perform technical SEO checks and identify website issues
- Work on URL structure, indexing and crawlability
- Create SEO-friendly website content and blog recommendations
- Conduct backlink analysis and support link-building activities
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic
- Analyze website performance using SEO tools
- Work with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Submit and monitor website pages for indexing
- Identify opportunities to improve organic search visibility
- Prepare basic SEO reports and track progress
- Stay updated with Google search algorithm changes and SEO best practices
- Guide the team on SEO implementation and best practices

Training / Teaching Responsibilities
For the trainer aspect of the role, the candidate may also be required to:
- Explain SEO concepts to team members
- Provide practical guidance on keyword research and website optimization
- Explain On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO
- Review SEO work and suggest improvements
- Help team members understand Google Search Console and SEO reporting
- Demonstrate SEO best practices using real website examples
