Job Description: Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Handling customer queries and answering incoming phone calls
- Responding to customers through email, chat, and in-person interactions
- Providing accurate and timely information regarding company services
- Listening to customer issues patiently and offering effective solutions
- Handling customer complaints and maintaining proper call logs and records
- Following up with customers for service payments, especially for out-of-warranty services
- Maintaining customer databases and updating service-related information regularly
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely closure of service requests
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Prior experience in customer care or service support will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
