About Innotec Power
Innotec Power designs and manufactures permanent magnet motors, generators, DC gensets, and electrification systems for OEM customers around the world. Our products power construction equipment, agriculture, industrial machinery, marine systems, and other off-highway applications.
We're looking for an Application Engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and getting hands-on with real hardware. Experience with motors or motor controllers is a plus, but we are also interested in engineers with a solid electrical or electronics foundation who are eager to learn.
What You'll Do
- Support customers with motor and controller selection and integration.
- Configure and test motor controllers for customer applications.
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical, motor, and controller issues.
- Perform laboratory testing and validate system performance.
- Work with engineering to improve products and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare wiring diagrams, test reports, and technical documentation.
- Support prototype builds and customer demonstrations.
- Occasionally work directly with customers through email, phone, or video meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of engineering experience (recent graduates with strong practical experience are also encouraged to apply).
- Good understanding of basic electrical engineering principles.
- Comfortable working with electrical test equipment such as multimeters and power supplies.
- Hands-on attitude with a willingness to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with electric motors, generators, or motor controllers.
- Familiarity with CAN Bus or J1939 communications.
- Knowledge of battery systems, inverters, or power electronics.
- Experience with diesel gensets, industrial equipment, EVs, or automation.
- Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Pay: ₹340,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
