Pan India Head – Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Tipwood®'s pan-India sales & marketing strategy to drive business growth across exterior construction, landscaping, and allied segments.
- Build and strengthen relationships with architects, landscape architects, interior designers, builders, and developers while driving product specifications, material library inclusion, and project approvals.
- Establish, expand, and manage a high-performing national network of channel partners, dealers, and distributors across key Indian markets.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor regional sales & marketing teams; represent Tipwood® at trade fairs, architecture forums, green building events, and industry platforms while developing impactful marketing collateral and presentations.
- Deliver revenue, pipeline, and conversion targets through strong B2B leadership, entrepreneurial execution, sustainable product advocacy, excellent stakeholder management, and regular pan-India travel.
