looking for an experienced and result-oriented Social Media & Instagram Growth Expert to manage and grow the firm’s digital presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow the firm’s Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement and visibility.
- Create and manage Instagram Reels, Posts, Stories and other social media content.
- Develop strategies for organic follower growth and audience building.
- Manage the firm’s LinkedIn page and build professional reach and engagement.
- Plan and execute YouTube content and channel growth strategies.
- Analyse social media insights, trends and competitor activity.
- Identify trending topics, formats, hashtags and content opportunities.
- Coordinate with the legal and content team to convert professional knowledge into engaging social media content.
- Track monthly growth and provide performance reports and actionable recommendations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in Instagram and social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm, Reels, engagement and organic growth.
- Experience in growing LinkedIn and YouTube accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to independently develop and execute a social media growth strategy.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of viral and educational content.
- Experience working with professional services, legal, corporate or consulting brands will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,023.93 - ₹35,784.09 per month
