Job Requirements*
- 7–14 years of progressive experience across Salesforce implementation, including 4+ years as an Architect.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce multi-org strategy, DR, data residency, limits, and scalability patterns.
- Expertise in data modeling, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing, and enterprise-grade security models.
- Strong understanding of APEX, LWC, and Flows (architect-level knowledge; hands-on optional).
- Advanced experience in API integrations, middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.), and event-driven architectures.
- Deep experience in Sales Cloud, CPQ is preferred.
- Practical experience with Release Management, CI/CD, Git, Code Review Standards, and ALM governance.
- Ability to convert business and functional requirements into scalable, extensible technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder communication, ability to lead design workshops, conduct solution walkthroughs, and guide dev teams.
Key Responsibilities*
- Own and drive end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations.
- Conduct architecture workshops, define solution blueprints, sequence diagrams, and integration specifications.
- Define data architecture, master data strategies, security model, and sharing architecture for complex orgs.
- Provide architectural oversight to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Design and validate API contracts, middleware interactions, platform events, and integration flows.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to align Salesforce with organization-wide tech strategy.
- Perform impact analysis, estimate technical complexity, and document design decisions.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce recommended standards around performance, governor limits, scalability, and security.
- Support production releases, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide guidance on platform optimization.
