About the Internship
Webzyro Technologies Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship will provide practical exposure to the complete talent acquisition process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Search for suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates.
- Contact candidates and explain job roles and opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions.
- Maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong willingness to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
