Lead end-to-end grain distillery operations including liquefaction, saccharification, fermentation, and distillation
Drive yield improvement initiatives and reduce process losses for better efficiency
Plan and execute technical trials across customer and plant sites
Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistent and optimized plant performance
Troubleshoot complex process issues and ensure timely resolution
Optimize distillation efficiency and recovery processes
Provide technical consulting and build strong client relationships
Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams and subject matter experts
Collaborate with R&D and enzyme teams to drive innovation and improvements
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
