Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, test, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and scale campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Manage lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns for clients across industries
- Track and improve KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Set up and manage tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports
- Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and new performance marketing strategies
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
- Solid understanding of campaign optimization and conversion tracking
- Experience with GTM, Analytics, Pixel setup, and marketing automation workflows
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability for campaign results
- E-commerce performance marketing experience is an added advantage
