Job Summary
Flynaut is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and administrative activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR processes within a fast-growing technology company.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Onboarding & Documentation
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure employee records are updated and maintained accurately.
HR Operations
- Support attendance and leave management processes.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.
- Support policy communication and compliance activities.
Employee Engagement
- Help organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Assist in planning company events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Gather employee feedback and support engagement surveys.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.
- Manage HR documentation and filing systems.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Interest in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
